Frequently asked questions

Do you provide bilingual versions of contracts?

Yes. Original and translation appear side by side, paragraph by paragraph. This makes negotiations and review by both parties easier.

How do you handle confidential documents?

Documents are treated confidentially and deleted on completion unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

How quickly will my translation be ready?

Delivery times vary with our workload but are usually three to four business days. Urgent jobs are usually completed within one business day. For signing or notarisation dates, we plan the delivery date backwards.

How is pricing calculated?

Translations are charged per standard line at a fixed price, notarisations by the hour and conferences at a daily rate per interpreter. You receive a binding quote in advance.
